What should I know to be a volunteer
Volunteering with Breathe & Rise Collective (BRC) means aligning with purpose. As a volunteer, you are stepping into a space where community, care, and cultural impact meet. You should know that your presence matters. We value initiative, consistency, and a willingness to grow. Expect to collaborate with a diverse team, serve with intention, and support events, wellness experiences, and outreach rooted in healing and liberation.
BRC volunteers often find themselves gaining skills, forming meaningful relationships, and deepening their understanding of collective care. We lead with love, and we expect our volunteers to honor that spirit in action.
Come ready to elevate your essence — and know we rise together. #ridenrise

May I became volunteer if I never did it before?
Yes — no prior experience is required to volunteer with Breathe & Rise Collective. What matters most is your willingness to show up with integrity, openness, and care. We believe everyone has something valuable to offer, and we’ll guide you through what’s needed. Whether it’s your first time or you’re looking to deepen your service, we welcome you to grow with us.
This is a space where you can learn, contribute meaningfully, and be supported along the way. You don’t need to be perfect — just present. #ridenrise

Will I receive training before I start volunteering?
If you don't have any previous experience with autism - don't worry. We'll give you all the info and training required to make sure you'll know what to do. All you need is the willingness to volunteer.

What kind of commitment is expected from BRC volunteers?
Volunteer commitments vary depending on the event or program, but we always communicate expectations up front. Some opportunities may require just a few hours for a single day, while others may involve a short-term series. We value consistency and communication — so whether you're available occasionally or on a regular basis, we’ll find a way for you to plug in that aligns with your capacity and purpose.
