Vending Opportunities With BRC
Becoming a vendor with BRC gives you the opportunity to showcase your products and services to a vibrant, engaged community that values creativity, wellness, and connection. Join us to share your offerings, grow your brand, and be part of an inspiring movement that uplifts both business and community.
BRC offers three annual vending opportunities:
Flames of Renewal Fashion Show (March)
Rise & Radiate Holistic Health Market (June)
Change Yourself, Change the World Festival (September)
Each event caters to a unique audience,
ranging from wellness practitioners and creatives to conscious consumers and fashion-forward community members.
Spaces are curated to maintain alignment with BRC’s values
focused on collective elevation, healing, and empowerment—#RiseandRise.
Being a vendor with BRC means joining a mission-driven movement
focused on collective elevation, healing, and empowerment—#RiseandRise.
All vendors are required to complete a short application
and submit payment to secure their spot; spaces fill quickly, especially for the festival.
Vendor promotion is included in BRC’s marketing materials,
including social media, flyers, and event listings (if information is submitted by the promotional deadline).
Vendors are encouraged to engage with attendees through demos, samples, or interactive offerings,
especially at the Holistic Health Market and Fashion Show.
Vendors are responsible for bringing all of their own equipment and setup materials
BRC does not provide canopies, signage, or display tools.
Vendor fees are $25 per event,
with spotlight opportunities available based on your preferred level of visibility. Discounted rates may be offered to returning vendors and BIPOC-owned businesses — we value community and equitable access. (Discounts Available for Donating Members)
Timeliness and cross-collaboration are key
vendors must arrive on time for setup and should be comfortable with collaborative energy and cross-marketing throughout the event.
